We aim to provide excellent customer service, because our customers are very important to us.

If for any reason you experience a problem with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us by email at ruth@theartysilkworm.co.uk and we will do our very best to try and rectify it as soon as possible.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards plus payment through bacs or PayPal.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and are non refundable.

Cancellation Policy

 If, due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we feel the need to cancel the workshop,. we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible. We will of course offer you a full refund or a place on another workshop of your choice.

 COVID -19 POLICY

If the government restrictions are in place then of course all deposits can be refunded, or applied to a later workshop date of your choice.

 

Privacy Policy

We want all our customers to have peace of mind when purchasing from us. We will not pass your personal details on to any third parties and your financial information is not stored.

By law you must not use any part of the content on our site or at our workshops for commercial purposes, and by using our website or attending our courses, you hereby agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof without obtaining written permission to do so from us.
